Happy New Year to all Dubai Dreams Blog Readers. Hope you have a great 2009. With all public celebrations in Dubai cancelled yesterday it was a quiet welcome to 2009 in the emirate, but hopefully the year will come in like a lamb and go out like a lion for Dubai.
