Renting property in Dubai

An alternative to buying in Dubai is to rent a house or apartment.

As with purchasing property, because of the pressure on the housing market, this can be quite expensive.

The further away from the main business districts you are seeking to live the more reasonable rents are though.

Laws have recently been passed to prevent landlords inflicting huge rent hikes on their tenants, so rents are guaranteed not to rise more than 5% per year.
